Clutching for a 2004 Summit 800.

Had spring cover assembly bushing break off and my primary spring moved inside the clutch. Causing wear to the inside of the governor cup. Wondering if installing a heavier and shorter spring and the spring was just a little bit thicker as well, what would cause this? Or has anyone seen this problem before? Also have a few hairline cracks on the outside of the primary. Wondering if that would be something that could cause me problems in the future or if should be addressed asap or if I should just leave it alone. Looking to purchase a clutch for my 04 800 summit if problem can not be addressed.

If it's damaged, replace it before it does more damage.....exploding clutches are not pretty.

Any ideas were to get a good aftermarket one or new one, ski doo dealer wants about 1200.00 for everything. I could just replace the outer part of the clutch for about 400.00. What do you recommend?
