Clutching - Clutch kit for 2001 and older w/spline shaft information

Owners of 99~2001 600/700/800 with spline secondary jackshaft here is some info if you are looking to do a clutch kit.
I don’t make a clutch kit for the formula secondary model. I do however make a nice kit if you were to remove the formula secondary and install an HPV-27 secondary.
The HPV real name is High Performance Vehicle - affectionately nicknamed the RER secondary.

Every week I browse the internet finding guys the newer skidoo secondary for their older iron.

With the secondary clutches below, all you have to do is take the secondary apart and remove one shim from inside of it.

...then reassemble the secondary. You have now taken the secondary from 1.5" belt width down to your original 1-3/8 belt width.
