First couple rides running SLP lightning weights at 72.5g no holes drilled. hitting 8450 with spikes of 8500.
Will gearing up to a 21 tooth upper lower my top RPM's or should I order some heavier 75g lightning weights.
Or Would I be better off getting some MTX weights that I could fine tune by adding or subtracting rivets?

you could also try another spring in your primary. if you're using a 145-315 for example, you could try 145-305. This should keep your rpm a bit lower too.

That's what guys at low elevation such as me have been doing instead of using 80g weights.

I use a 165/270 spring,68 or 70 gram weights. stock sec spring with astraight 50 deg helix, at low elevation low boost. At 6000 ft and up i just turn up the boost the keep the rpm.

Talked to Justin at Code Red and he said to try the 48 helix.
Running a 46 right now. Will post back after the next ride.
