Clutching Advice 04 REV

Need a little help on an 04 summit 800. Bought the sled recently and rode it for the first time this weekend. Sled would over rev slightly(8400) on hard snow or groomed trail. In deep powder and on long hills would only pull 7800 RPM. The sled has a 159 track. Previous owner said the track was new and sled hadnt been regeared. Primary is stock skidoo and clickers are in 5. the secondary is a team clutch. Where should I start? Gears? Springs? Ect? Any advice would be appreciated

Well my 04 REV is having major clutch issues right now. It would rev up like that but then drop RPMs when a load was on it like deep powder. Clutch rollers shot. Had a brand new clutch put on last year in march and now i have gone through two sets of rollers and my clutch is shot again in less then 750 miles. I would check your clutch first.

Also any ideas for me as well. Anybody have a good used clutch or a aftermarket clutch that would work on an 04 REV 800?
