Any one , who is the best to send clutches to check and see if they are ok?.

I'm assuming by "Shim Kit" you have SLP's kit Installed.

If it was me, I would send it to SLP and have them balance it and check it over.
Other than the balancing, any Competent Cat mechanic can check them over.

Is there a reason you want to check if they are okay? Is it doing anything strange?
