Stock in 14 pro 800 looks to be 10-62. I have 10-60's in my hands should I put them now before going, or wait and see how it runs.

New sled. 80 miles by the trip if that matters.

Mostly 7 to 10000 feet

10-60 for sure. As stated some guys even go 10-58. My sled runs great there with 60's. FYI, almost ALL the riding areas are over 10,000. The green rock parking lot on the east side is 10,200. If your riding out of Albany its lower down there so just take it easy for 3-5 miles as you head north out of town. Eric

Yeah we might be staying at Albany so that's why I was giving the range.

Thanks guys. Will put the lighter ones in then

I ran 10-60 when there on our first trip and the sled was new. I was pulling 7800-7900 max. Swapped out to the 10-58 weights for the next trip and ran great.

I've ran 10-60's on an average stocker in the Snowies, and 10-62's after a dropin and head. I wouldn't discount 10-58's, either. Albany starts at 8400. Like it was said, very easy to get to 10k quickly. Think of it between running average CO and MT/ID/WY as far as average elevation.
