clutch sheaves clearence

I have a 96 formula sls 500 and was wondering how to tighen up clearence from belt to sheaves? Or is there someplace I can find on line manual for my sled. thanks
 
i ride a polaris and i am trying to help my nephew on his formula i know nothing about a ski doo clutch but it looks like there is .060 too .070 between the sheaves and belt and was wondering if you shim or is there different way to adjust the primary clutch? so anyone no about the set up for the ski doo clutch also belt deflection and chain tention or anything we need to know

There is no shimming in the primary, Just make shure you have a good belt on the sled, and the Primary bolt is tight.

The secondary can be adjusted easily for belt deflection. Take a 10 mm socket, there is 3 nuts on the outside of the secondary. Losen All 3 one complete turn, Find a small allen wrench that fits the 3 screws that run through the nuts, Turn each allen screw the same amount and then tighten the nuts when your done. Set the belt so it is flush with the top of the secondary.

To tighten the chain you remove the clip from the chain tensioner bolt and tighten the bolt buy hand until tight and then reinstall the clip. Some times the bolt may have to be loossend a little to get the clip back in.
