I have clutch question . I have a 06 vector 10 psi boost supercharged sled with a mountain performance roller secondary with a 44/36 helix . Was woundering if a signal angle is better or just go with a shock wave . Some times it seems like it shift out to fast on the bottom part of thr helix.

Chain Backing bracket

Can anyone tell me what a chain backing bracket does?
I have a AC ext 580,i opened the chain case cover and it looks broken?
What does this thing do? and can i run it this weekend without one without damaging anything?
Thank you

Ghostrider if you noticed OB edited his post after he was asked. May want to do the same to yours.. thanks for helping today.

Oh ya and you may want to take back your not helpful opinion rating you gave Phil.

yup the strait cut works better a strait 47degree should work fine for you or a 45 if you want softer throttle responce the super hits pretty hard.

And yah the 47 seems to be a very popular helix for boosted applications. The 45 would also be a good option i think. I know alot of people dont like the shockwave they say its not as smooth as a regular cut helix but i can't really comment on that. I have a Shockwave atm and it seems to work fine. I might try to pick up a 47 and try it and see if i notice any difference.
