I am a flatlander running the 8.5" primary, reworked secondary with a Poo 065 belt in a 04F7EFI standard. I am looking for some clutching ideas. Sled is stock except for 102 studs. Currently running the stock 70 gram weights, stock helix (58/52) yellow/white primary spring and Poo silver/blue secondary spring wound tight. Sled currently pulls 7650 shift speed down low and drifts up to 7800 as speed increases. Seems to be quite a bit of belt heat. I put a weaker secondary spring in it and got rid of the belt heat put would only RPM @ 6800. Secondary alignment was with alignment bar + .060 spacer front and back moving sheave towards centerline of sled from the stock location. Thanks for any suggestions you might have.Peace, beeler
