Clutch Help

I have a 91 sks I blew the belt this weekend it was a dayco ultimax2 #138-4716 polaris shop gave me a belt 3211042 for it but it fits snug enough I cant even get the machine started without throwing some snow on it to let it slip then its fine till I stop again. Any Ideas?

I also have a 97 700 rmk that has a primary clutch sticking I can see one of the rollers is worn and the bushing has came out of it. I plan to rebuild it and have manuals for both sleds but have never done anything like this before. Can anyone give me some tips on doing this and let me know what special tools I need? Or if theres anyone in the salt lake area that could help me? Also does anyone know if one puller tool will work on both sleds or if I need 2 different ones?

Heres whats left of one of the rollers on the primary,Hopefully the weight is ok. If you look close you can also see the bushing an the center of it that came out.

And I got some tools today as well as the rebuild kit

On the 91, the 042 is the right belt...you'll have to take the secondary apart and add a shim....better yet, find a newer style secondary with the external adustment.

That was my thought get a newer style secondary thats adjustable they are cheap enough. I found one that says it has a 32 degree helix whats the benifit of that? I think the shimming is off on the primary though I need to check it. The 91 is a goofy machine I never should have bought its a frankenstien has the 670 conversion, The 97 700 is a much better sled right out of the box and I paid for it what I did for the 91 just a year earlier. The amount of money I have dumped into the 91 and its still a pile and the 700 will run circles around it.

Got the clutches done and back together. On the 700 the cover bushing poped out though and I replaced it when I rebuilt them. Is there a trick to make it stay in there? I put loctite on the bushing when I drove it in and put the snap ring back in to.
