Clutch and Shock Rebuild Suggestions

So I have a little over 1500 miles, 500 of which were mountain miles, on my M1100T. Sadly the season is done for me (trip to West Yellowstone last weekend was pretty good though). I'd like to get my clutches rebuilt, or at least inspected by someone who knows what they are doing, and I'd like to get my shocks rebuilt and have the spacer for the 38inch A-arms installed. Anyone have suggestions on a reputable place to have the work done? I'm in Minnesota, but I'm willing to send the parts to somewhere. I'm not looking for rock bottom prices, just a place that is reputable and knows exactly what they are doing.

As far as clutching goes, I have no clue.........

If you are going to do your 38" kit, I have one I need to do as well......
?Want to line them both up and do them together in my garage this spring?
I am a bit unsure about how to get things lined up and straight........
