How do I align my clutch on a SX500 '01. with motor mounts all loose engine has a lot of play in the frame. Are there any tricks or do I need a special tool.
It is much easier if you have a clutch offset tool, and another to measure the center distance. If you understand the process and know the center to center distance and what the exact offset is you can get by using a straightedge. Both of these measurements should be in your owners manual. If you have not done this before it is better to have someone more qualified show you how the first time. Hope this helps.
