Clutch alignment and secondary float

Hi, last season i could make maybe 800-1000 km before pulling cord...
I just checked the offset with the axys tool, the tool touch the front of the driven and there is a gap of 0,057 at the rear.
Its a the end of the polaris specs....
I have the minimum 0.120 washer behind the driven

And the float is 0,057, polaris claim for 0.01-0.05....

Can it be my problem for the short belt life

Do i need to realign the motor or its acceptable?
Is the float to much?
Its on a 2017 pro

Thank for your help, clutch adjustment is new to me

Get dealer to check ur motor mounts and replace. A good idea is an slp torque stop to help engine movement. Get ur primary checked for out of spec and balanced. 0.057" is acceptable.
Put only a 0.100" washer behind secondary and let it float out from there at least 0.120".
