Closest riding to Greeley, CO?!?!

I just moved to CO from Illinois and I am looking for some insight on where to get onto trails/mountains closest to Greeley, CO.

I have tried looking at the state maps but it is very difficult.

Is there anyone out there that rides from this area and if so where do you trailer too??

i live in greeley as well. i have been going to school here for four years and as the guys above the snowies is the closest area with the best riding. even here in town snow does not stay all winter so you have to get up into the hills.

Where in Illinois? I moved out here from there years ago.

I have a PDF with alot of trail systems with parking areas and such which came from a previous state snowmobile web site that I could send you.

It's a good idea to get to know others in your area so you can join up together for trips and maybe "sledpool" to riding areas in the mountains.
