Put on 39 miles out of cisco today.Expected to have minimal snow, just enough for some road riding and tuning. Going up the trail wasnt bad in the AM. Got up in the 7000ft+ range and had THE BEST powder ive rode in a long time. Prolly a good 15'' of dry textbook powder on top of what id say was a 1+-ft? of hardpack. You had to watch out for rocks for sure but we boondocked the hell out of one hill and man it was some of the funnest powder bashing ive ever done. Coming back we had lots of gravel showing on the trail in but all in all had a FREAKING BLAST. Ill post pics and video soon:rockon:

taking a beginner up saturday probably going to try out gold lake from the north side. see if I can make it to haskel meadows

Hey Matt and Ell I think matty and I are going to ride on sunday and try to get this damn IQR dialed in. Its mot for sure yet but I'll let ya know when it is!

Never mind bro after working on it again today the sled makes two awesome passes and then the third one the sled boggs like crazy and sounds like its only running on one cylinder and wont pull over 7000 RPM's FML!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dude wtf. this is so irritating and it isnt even my sled lol. i can only imagine how you feel. did matty hear it yet. he will figure it out i hope

Haha I think Matty's going to block my number after all these damn question I've been bugging him with. Were both on the same page of its a carb problem so I'm going to switch out and try those other carbs and see if that fixes it!

So I just ordered some new reed petels cause when we went up and rode cisco when I was messing with my carbs I noticed fuel in the airbox and I was told if theres fuel backing up into your airbox you reeds are bad and I read a post of a dude on a cat have the same problems and it was his stator so that one more thing I can check. Just keep checking stuff off the list I guess!

Stator sort of makes sense as well. On my banshee the stator got out of spec and after about 10 min of riding it would run like crap on the top end and looked like a bug killer out the exhaust. Ran like it was flooded out. I had tried evwruhing else to fix it and then finally tested the stator and it was bad.

Reeds you would think that it would foul out the plug on whichever jug has the broken petals and would do it right out of the gate because its not atomizing the fuel right, but at least reeds are an easy check.

i thought you checked the reeds and stator? i think its electrical for sure lol which sucks. ive had stators do it and cdi boxes do it as well. i havent really had to deal with a reed problem because i went to a 4 stroke pretty quick when i started racing so most of my issues were with 4 strokes.

I've checked the reeds and they had tiny little chips at the ends so we thought they were ok but maybe not and most people say that stators only act up when the sled is warmed up and up at cisco my sled ran like junk out of the gate so I don't know I should have bought a stock sled thats for sure "IF YOU WANNA ROCK IT STOCK IT"! LOL
