Found a broken bolt that holds the helix in tonight!

You must red-loctite these bolts.
I always use blue, might have to try red next time... but that's got to pretty much guarantee the bolts snapping off then when you pull them though huh?
Got mine apart cat had the wrong helix in it a straight 36 wtf!!!!!!
goodluck with that...In theory you shouldn't have to use anything because of the pressure from the spring but I've always used red with no issues.
We had one of them break off on our Demo M1100 last spring, the head of the bolt bounced around and put knicks in both clutches, cat warrantied them but they didn't show up until around june.

don't over torque them because the heads well break off. i have seen a couple. all the 800s got new bolts with the update. 1100s should have got them aswell.
