sorry ski doo guy - meant "Power Valve"
Was doing some seasonal maintenance last night on the ol 2012 pro rmk 600 and noticed that the spark plug wires were rubbing clear thru the power valve solenoid hoses. check it where the spark plug wires are zip tied to the hoses.
I replaced the hoses with new and encased them and the spark plug wires in black wire loom to help alleviate this problem. I will eventually pick up some anti vibration wire guard and fix it the right way.
hope this helps some of you in the future when servicing the power valves.
P.S. - my transfer ports on the cylinder for the power valves were COMPLETELY plugged! I had to open them up with a 0.075" drill bit as the shop manual states. boo yaa im excited to see how she runs tonight in the back yard.
