Check out Diamond Lake's forecast for the weekend! I'm saying possible low snow!!!!!

hey devin, terry brought his sled in today for a little preseason work and was telling me they are saying a foot or more by the weekend!!! if so lets hit it, will check the forcast tonight when i'm up and see whats up. would LOVE to get out and burn some pow:)

everyone is welcome, glad to see so many peeps interested in coming this year. is usually just me and trench digger. lets hope for big pow, will be glued to the weather channel. hopefully it will snow enough to keep the hunters off the hill:)

The forecast is looking good except it is supposed to rain then snow, rain then snow and so on. If it snows enough it will be awesome if it rains and we can get an early base but if it keeps snowing then raining all of it away I am gonna start getting angry!!!!! Ron, Krystle said she will probably be in for the low snow too if her legs isn't hurting too bad. I told her the snowmobile boot is the same as the walking cast! :-)
Where are you planning on parking if we get to go?

sunday looks to be the best day for weather, will have the most amount of snow also, hopefully!!! would like to unload around windigo, of course, would say 3 lakes but when theres not much snow is only about an hour or 2 worth of riding up that way. from windigo theres much more to ride! will keep my eye on the weather, let me know what you guys think.

looks like its gonna be sunday for sure if the snow does show up. will meet up around windigo if the snow comes though, i'd say about 10am should be a good time. the next 2 days are gonna be tough. hopefully the 2-3 feet they've predicted comes through, heck i'll take half that. will keep everyone posted as the snow progresses...

I just checked the National Weather Service and the storm went in further north than they were predicting which happens like 99% of the time. They are only calling for like 4 inches by Sunday at Diamond Lake so lets hope they are wrong! They have lots of new snow at Crater Lake this morning though!

yes it seems to happen that way a lot. everyonce in awhile we get it instead of up north but not enough:( were gonna ride one way or the other, may end up at willamete pass if all else fails will wait until tommorow night and make the call then. also depends on if other peeps are still wanting to come???

We are talking about running up to Waldo on sunday morning. It is looking good there so far. If that doesn't pan out we may hit Hoodoo.
