check engine light

rode my sled around last night and loaded it on the trailer to the it to a dealer to have them reflash it started it and went to pull it off the trailer and the check engine light started flashing it flashes 8 times
does anyone know what it could be dealer hasnt got to it yet

You didn't mention what year or model.

My service manual for 07-08 CFI models lists eight flashes as "exhaust valve solenoid circuit malfunction".

Help. We're on an overnight night sledding trip and my sled just took a dump. It's flashing the check engine light 7 times. Low and mid throttle ok, anything above 6700 RPM backfires and runs like crap. HELP!!

Seven flashes for 08 D8 is "fuel injector circuit open" or "fuel injector voltage too high" or "too low".

"Can be caused by faulty wiring, injector, stator, or ECU".

From my service manual.

2010 reflash is crap...go back to stock program for 2009 imho
