check, check valve if motors blows up!!!!

I bought my 2001 800 mxz off my buddy this summer. Last winter one of his stock pistons blew apart and caused some damage. He replaced both pistons and one jug and everything seemed to be good again. I started running pre-mix oil/fuel for break in and everthing was running well. This past Sunday I put my fist tank of staight gas in it and after about 12km's the motor seized. When I first pulled the sled in the shop I found the oil line going to the r/h jug off. It is very hard to see with the carbs on. When I blew the motor apart I found the oil jet/check valve to the r/h jug damaged and completely plugged, thus causing the oil line to pop off, and my motor damage. So far it has cost me a new piston, I picked up a used cylinder, a gasket set, and a day off work. And I have not put it back together yet.
Not sure if everyone is aware of the check valve that oil flows into the crankcase on these rotax motors, so I thought I would write this blurb so if you motor decides to blow apart you know to check this. It may save your motor!

I may have bad news for you. There is very little clearance between the lower end of the connecting rod and the brass oil injection point. If the lower rod bearing is worn at all, it will hit this brass injector and mush the end over, plugging it off. If I heard this I would not believe it but it happened last year to my 03 800HO. I thought for sure we would have heard this rod bearing knocking but we didn't until it was too late. This lack of oil wrecked the jug and piston but the real damage wasn't noticed until the rod broke through both the top and bottom crank cases.
