I plan do use this front dolly for loading the bike in a truck or trailer. Total cost was around $100. I haven't decided if im going to use two eye bolts for the ratchet strap or just notch the wood the width of the ratchet strap on the bottom.

8" Wheels - $12 each
4x4 - $12 for an 8 footer.
28" of 1" hot roll - $5
1/2 hr of machining and welding - $40

cost for parts $95 2 hrs. labor @ $40
