Hey guys im going to show the life cycle of my 99 rmk 700 since the day i gotter to present.
I purchased the sled with a blown top end and proceeded to clean it up.

Sled even came with reverse!!

Then i bought a set of gripper skis, new protapers, and found a older style master cylinder. oh and i also trimmed and rocker guarder my windsheild.

In the mean time i got my connecting rod pins welded up and my crank phased and sent the jugs out for nikasil. Fast forward a bit and i installed the engine and added vforce reeds. I then got it running an finished a few odd ends

Then i installed a 2inch riser ontop and made a brace for the steering post
Heres the first trip too the mtns

haha this is random but funny buddy rolled his 583 and mines way down.

Then last year i got the clutching properly with red primary spring, silver/blue secondary spring, an t58 weights. it pulled good

My seat ripped bad aswell so i baught my friends old wedge and used his new seat. Also need a long track and better skills lol Also added a tether cord and dragon switches for lights and hand warmers, removed the speedo cable an bought the cover for it and found a nice led at work.

Then while riding around home i hit a bump an the engine started thwacking,

Thank god it was minor piston an head damage

And i found the culprit

Then i bought a new crank with the big bearing upgrade for $700 and replaced all the gaskets and the god forsaken water pump belt. I just cleaned up the pistons and head and ported the oil ports for the big bearing.

Then gotter running great!!, she pulled better than ever.

then me and my friend starting going bigger and i half landed in his apex's crater and got sideways and double bounced 10 more ft, I ended up nailing the running board and snapping the reverse leaver leaving a inch wide hole in my knee. It ended my season in march and put me off work for 2 mths

Then now too this month, i broke my arm in a mtn bike accident from hitting a tree doing 50km/hr

SO i fired my sled up and pulled her in too assess the damage and too get ready.

It was worse in real life and that outside grip bar is strong as fffff

And i found a chain case leak!!!! i just changed the seals too grgr

Heres as straight as i could get the board, i placed a anvil with 2x4s underneath and then lowered the sled on and jumped on it till it moved down

Then i got the tractor and dragged the parts sled over too steal its gussets

And i drilled all the rivets and sanded them lightly then sprayed em with duplicolor's sandable primer, it seems too bond really well.

Then i used duplicolor primer sealer its good and makes the paint stick too the primer better.

Then the final coat of semigloss

then i installed them

Nearly finished.

I removed the exhaust and did some painting and polishing, aswell as inspected the chaincase and found the primary gear nut was loose. I used some silicon too hoping to seal the leak

now im just waiting for my light bezel , and then i gotta find a way too fasten the seat too the tunnel.

k now im all done with the machine, i sealed up my exhaust leaks , fixed the rattling heat shields, tightened my chain an resealed the chain case. Then i used meguiars polish and wax.

where did you get the cover for your speedo? I mean the cover under the secondary.

lol i just took the threaded collar off and found a plastic plug that fit and screwed it back on.


sooo i solder for 2700 now i need a newer machine!!!!!!!! been hunting but no luck

sooo i upgraded an picked up a 08 renegade with 1600 miles

sled has electric start, mbrp can an a 2.5 challenger track
