changing tracks

I have a 031/2 rev going fron 144x2 to a 154x2.3 i know the pitch changes but what i dont know is do i need 7 or 8 tooth to make fit?

I did the same change and I believe I went to ten tooth drivers.

Do a forum search it should be on here somewhere.
