Changing track length

I wanted to know what would be involved to change from a 162 track length to a 153. Would it be worth the trouble? I have never ridden on the shorter track but was thinking it would be a little more nimble in the trees.

not to bad to do need tunnel extension, rails, grip edges, and most likely cooling tubes, good rivet gun.
if our going from a 162 to a 153 you might find some who will trade you strait across as most guys are going the other direction.

I just completed my trade at Haydays.
I went from a 07 153 to a 09 162

Just remember that 07 and 08's have the same cooling, but the 09 and 10's are different.

what year is your sled, a 09 162 is more nimble than a 08 153 so if its a 08 or older I would just upgrade to the new style.
