Change ABS handle to Right Shoulder??

Has anyone changed the release trigger to the right shoulder on and ABS pack. I have a Freeride that I am considering changing. It looks simple enough and there is even a routing on the right shoulder for the release tube. I would like to hear from anyone who has already done or tried it.

For anyone reading this not knowing why I would want to do this, it is so that I can more easily release with my left hand leaving my right hand on the throttle which is, of course, my first safety devise.

It is no problem to do this, you can oder the right hand piece from a dealer, then just switch it over.

Yes, you can switch the trigger to the right shoulder. We carry the trigger adapters for the Vario and for the newer Freeride packs. We are currently out of stock for the trigger adapters for the Escape 15 & Escape 30 packs.

I switched mine to the right as I am left handed and also the throttle deal. but I didnt have the need for another trigger adapter??? I switched my old one as well and never bought anything extra, what is the difference for the adapter left vs. right?

if you think of the adapter as a 45 deg L, when you put it on the opposite side, the handle is pointing the wrong direction.

if you move it, it'll be pointing away from where you want it.
