Just installed a challenger extreme 162" on my 06 apex it's rubbing on the very outside lugs,I have a timbersled mountain tamer suspension. Anyone ever run into this??

Just installed a challenger extreme 162" on my 06 apex it's rubbing on the very outside lugs,I have a timbersled mountain tamer suspension. Anyone ever run into this??I trimed about a 1/4 inch off each lug at a angel and i can see it clears but when i ride it i can still fill it rubbing, and i cant see any indication that its rubbing on any of the other lugs.
I know there is lots of guys run this track on there apex, anyone got any info??

i guess you cant see any marks? are you sure the rubbing feeling isnt your driver getting deformed the are well known to do that when mine went it felt like something was rubbing.if anyplace it would be on the front cooler
imvector, the drivers have about 400 miles on them with boost i wonder if they were formed to the old track? they have some wear but aren't bad. the new track was rubbing on the outside lugs but no signs of rubbing now. ???

my drivers made it about 200km my buddies about 150km they start making a funny noise first then start to ratchet.i just noticed you have a 06 does it have the exaust bracket guard if not take a close look at the exaust bracket.
vector, I pulled the track out this morning and could see that it was rubbing on the cooler up front so i ground the two high ribs off, it's better but I think you are right the drivers are what is making the vibration, it never did it till i put the extreme on, by the way the drivers are wahl Bros drivers. Do you think there is that much of a difference in the two tracks where the drivers turn the track?
