Chain rubbing

Rubbed on my 09 and on a buddy's 2015

Switch to a 14 tooth countershaft sprocket.

For me, at 8-9k, I wanted the gearing lower. So I switched to 16/18 in the chaincase. On the 2016+, the gears are cheap.

Rubbed really bad on my 2011 CRF. Can get a 14 on the countershaft if I compress the TSS but is fiddle string tight so I went back to a 13 until it stretches a bit.

I cut about 1/8" off of my track. I know it sucks, but you'll never know the difference. I also put the new thicker chain slider. That took up a bit of slack too. Good luck!

Wish I saw this thread a while ago. Got a 2018 raw 120 kit on a 2018 yz450f and chain rubs a lot on the track. Called timbersled and ordered the part. I'm also gonna go from my 13 to a 14 tooth countershaft sprocket and see if that's also an option.

Little annoyed because it's a new kit, only ridden twice, and it rubs. Figured they would send the part for free because it's a flaw. But if it stops the rubbing I'll be happy
