Chain lube

What is recommended for lubing the chains on the sbike? While I'm at it, any recommendation for a larger bag/box for the tunnel? I currently have the small timbersled bag. I want more storage space. Thanks

I really like AMSOIL chain wax. It works very well and nothing sticks to it. Just make sure to let it sit a while before riding. It will fling when wet and really hard to get of cases. But if you apply it properly, Its about as good of chain protection I have seen yet.

I use spray on Maxima Chain Wax. It works great. I'm guessing it's similar to amsoil, so for cleanup, I use starting fluid or brake cleaner.... in a well vented area with no open flames or sparks around.... lol

might have to try chain wax again. In adverse dirt bike conditions it was gone gone gone by the first check point. Couldn't have it. Nasty sticky stringy black ugly wire rope lube and others will stick and stay, pretty tough on a trailer queen...... a ktm won't be orange very long. but your chain will live. Rear rim and swingarm on my YZ250f probably could'nd be saved now with anything less than sandblast and new powder coat, but chain friendly.
