Chain Link Installation

Any secrets or tricks to this? The loose plate that is supplied see,ms to be too tight go into place so I can install the clip.

You need to use a pair of channel lock pliers to compress it. It can be a pain. Also make sure the open end of the clip is on the trailing edge for forward rotation, open end of clip fallows closed end. And try turning the connector under the clip over if you can't get it, seemed like mine went on easier one way than then the other.

Squeeze it tight with small vice grips but don't crush the O ring. These are a must have.

Mike, bring it over to my house and I can put in on for you in a minute.

I used a motion pro chain breaker tool. I just take the pressing pin out and just clamp it down. take about 3 minutes to get the chain on the first time.
