Installed Chain Slider

I just installed my updated chain slider last night. My dealer got me one for free since, in my mind, it should have came with it in the first place. Super easy, snap out the rubber plug on the front of the T-Sled frame, pound in a one way threaded plug, take off chain, snap the plastic slider over the main frame bike mount on the T-Sled, and bolt down with loctite. Chain slider both top and bottom.

My dealer brought it over to me last night and I asked what this is for. Looked on the bottom side of my T-Sled frame and there was a 2+ millimeter deep groove that was dug into the frame by the chain. No damage to the chain yet, but you certainly proved it can happen.

I still have some of the UHMW tube I used to make my slider (probably enough for at least 4 more bikes). If you want I can cut you off a piece.

So us guys with 2015's and a TSS have to pay for this fix? Or no? So far my chain has been flawless with a small tighten up so far.

I did not.. I called my dealer I got it from... For me it arises if you chain is not perfectly tight on big compressions through jumping it thawed steam jumps...
