Ceramic Coating Exhaust components?

Since the Yamaha guys have much more experience than the DOo guys do with boosting 4 strokes, I'll pose a question here.

Is there any benefit to ceramic coating the exhaust system to eliminate some underhood heat? I'm not sure what to think..will this either transfer more heat to the turbo (which would likely make this a pointless exercise) or will it pull some heat out of under the hood?

Turbo system is a MCX kit on a 1200 Doo..front mount.

Thanks!

You are fine to ceramic coat the entire exhaust system including the turbo. The coating decreases temperature by upwards of 40%, increases hp and exhaust flowrate and scavenging. Here's a good pic i found to show how hot a turbo can get,
