ce Free Coating (Sure Foot Brand)

I've been considering using it on the boards and tunnel instead of powdercoating, but couldn't seem to find anyone who had ever tried it.

I tried Never-Wet and it didn't do a damn thing to reduce build up at the back of the tunnel on the boards. Next I need to try is a rubber boot that fits over that area and the drop bracket. Need to make it out of a tire inner tube. Might be ugly but what else can be done?

What about Plasti-Dip?

I've used it. I sprayed my boards, rear brackets, and the inside of my tunnel with it. This is on a 2012 600 Pro RMK.

It is super easy to handle and apply. It's water based so clean up was a breeze and so was prep. Tape off what you don't want coated, buff what you do and shoot it on with an automotive type paint gun. It's pretty thick so a big nozzle helps. Or lots of thin coats.

It seems to have good adhesion and durability.

It has a nice matte black finish and looks good on the boards.

Is it ice free? No

Does it help? Yes

Will I use it again? Probably
