Looking at purchasing a sled that has a fresh carls 685 and twin pipes. Just curious as to how reliable these motors are with the twin pipes and what there like to tune. Thanks

No difference between the 685 with twins and other motors with twins as far as reliability. Same advantages and disadvantages. Just make sure its dialed in right and it will be just fine.

No experience with a 685 with twins, but my 685 with a single SLP has been every bit as reliable as a stock 600. The 600's are great motors to mod for reliability if you leave the cranks alone.
