Hey Guys,

So I am looking at dropping a 660 into a project sled and I have some questions for you.....

First off are they really as strong as everyone says they are??

Secondly the one I am looking at is not on the H.O. motor it is on around a 2004 bottom end. Would it be better to look for one or build one on a H.O. platform??

Yes, they really are that strong.

As for HO vrs non-HO... depends on the sled you are putting it in. I've not seen much difference between the 2 platforms once the 660 is built. But the HO motor has some different angles to the intake and such so it may figure in to physically putting it in your project sled.
