This Nitrous system was installed on a 2000 Polaris 800 RMK. I believe Boondocker states 40HP increase with stock nozzles.
The system was installed running off DC Power, so an eight cell 12volt AA ni-cad pack is included. DC power allows for a constant clean power for the solenoid.
The voltage rectifier is a factory polaris unit.
Cold Fusion brand 200hp solenoid. ( www.coldfusionn2o.com )
I had to design my own bottle mount as boondocker did not make an appropriate mount for my application.
I have a universal boondocker mount available if needed for $40.
Also available is a modified polaris control block that uses the headlight switch as a momentary switch for the nitrous button.
Extra vent line is included. Installed is two, four hole nozzels. Also an extra three hole & five hole nozzle is part of the kit. If you are mounting the manifold horizontal, than you must have the same hole nozzles in the manifold so each carb is supplied with equal nitrous.
All instructions are included as well as additional nitrous info that boondocker does not supply, such as temp vs. pressure ratio's.
Any hardware install accessories such as electrical connectors and mount hardware I probably can help with at no charge.
