I looked into it, their bulkhead and tunnel is 40lbs lighter than stock. If you use their chassis and parts from a few more after market companies you can take 91lbs off a 2010 M8 for about $11.5k. That's using the stock hood and seat.

Not sure who's the black one with the troy lee sticker on it is but I think it would be what you are interested in. If it was -turbo it would be lighter, but I think I could live with it.

my boss at c3 powersports has the same chassis and he is going to sell her (09 m1000, 162 powerclaw, timbersled rear suspension with c3 carbon rails, slp pipe, boss seat, carbon hood and side pannels). it weighs in around 100lbs lighter than stock. only problem with this sled is having to lift the hood soooo many times to show people it doesn't have a turbo!
