looking at purchasing a 2007 600 carb or a 2008 600 efi. is one better than the other for overall reliability and low maintenance?

My vote is for the '08 600 EFI. I absolutely hate messing with carbs.
Both have their advantages and disadvantages.
Carb: Less complicated fuel system, no ECU to deal with, fuel changes can be made in the field in minutes (rich or lean conditions easily changed).
EFI: No need to rejet with altitude and temp changes, more power, no issues with flooding, no choke to deal with.
My vote is for the EFI for a pull and go sled. The 600's have always been reliable and low maintenance.

Carb hands down.....the 600 had a perfect reliability record from 99 to 06....then efi came out and the problems started. More power?? EFI is as good as the idiots that program it. ATTAC it and enjoy trouble free performance....why do think polaris uses carbs on their IQR 600??
