Carb Tech question.

Alright i got a 96 XCR. . .3 carbs. . well its running off one carb. took a carb syncronizer and 2 carbs are completely dead one is running full blast. its running at a really high idle then you hit the throttle and RPMs go high like throttle is stuck but its not. . . .help please lol
