are these one piece units? carb boots were cracking and I bought new ones to replace them. I took the old ones off and I cant get the carb boots to seperate from the reed cages.

boyeson reeds and carb boots or just reeds?
the origanal reeds are junk, the rubber will separate from the aluminun cage, there is no fix for them, Go onto www.sled-parts.com and order the boysen cages!!!or V-force III
also v-force has some issues with there boots also, I stuck a piston because of there bad boots that they knew they were having a problem and didnt even put a recall on them , then they still charged me for replacement boots, they boysens are alot better design
