The unemployment rate is too high and the debt is still too high.
The dems are really worried about 2010 elections.
If cap and trade passes the republicans will beat the daylights out of the fact it cost billion more in taxes, raised everyone's heating bills and cost a few hundred thousand MORE jobs.
