I have a RMK 600 08cfi.

The engine fool plug on the PTO side like chewing gum..
I always let the engine warm to 70-80 deg before blip the throttle but this is not the problem. I don't have time to reach 70 deg and i lost the PTO side plug.. black and dirty. New plug work 2-3 starting cycle and are blow.

The machine came from the dealer and they don't find anything ..only one o-ring on mag side that is pinched...but it's on the other side..so the engine still eat the plug. I have try RN57ycc and BPR9ES, no difference.

I asked the dealer if they take a look on the TPS cal and they don't,,

Any one here have some suggestion?

Is TPS cal can be the problem??
I also think to swap the coil pack from each side.

Thank you

I had this same issue on my 08 D8. I was running Royal Purple oil atthe time and it would foul plugs every ride. After MANY trips back to the dealer, I changed to Polaris blue oil and I haven fouled a plug since. What oil are you running?

it may not be your issue, but it worked for me.

got a buddie ran blue marble in rev he had same problem switched and its fine

I'm having the same problem in an 08 600, running Blue Marble. Started last year toward the end of the season (1600 miles). Fouls the plugs when trying to start after the sled sits overnight. (looks oil fouled, not black, but really wet, no real gas smell to the plugs). If I use a torch to cook the crap off of the plugs, I can ride with those same plugs all day with NO issues. I will try the Polaris Blue and see if that helps...
