Chrysler is toast.
The unions and the bond holders aren't going to get one over on the Italians.
Fiat is kind of like Ford...... mostly private (Agnelli family) and they are literally in the driver's seat.
The unions won't give in, because once they do, it's game over for them at Ford and GM too.
Fiat might take Chrysler over.... but only after they're a non-union shop (after bankruptcy)... so they can compete with Honda and Toyota in North America.
