They do that so there is an early election, Which is supposed to be this fall. Its nothing too serious unless we elect the wrong party. Like it said, Harper is trying to strengthen its minority party.

I think it means that we wont spend billions, and years to have an election.. (JK)
Usually the election is over when it passes through Ontario anyways.
