If it is not licensed for the street--then ---well--you can ride it on the road---But you better be able to out run the COPS and their radio

Most all Cities and Counties in the state have "adopted by reference' the State of Wash. Traffic Code - RCW 46 - It specifically prohibits snowmobiles on roads open to licensed vehicles.
Some small cities in areas where it snows, have added their own city codes that may allow snowmobiles (Roslyn is an example).....These city codes usually have language that reads something like: Can ride from residence in the city at speeds under 25 to reach a trail or riding area.
You can read RCW Title 46 on the web, do a google search and add the word "snowmobile"......
