Calling all Iowa Nebraska sledders..wing ding

Just talking about scheduling the 5th annual BW3 meeting and having some reports of people wanting different days and locations. We have settled on a weekend in November say the 21 or 14th? also we have had questions about moving to a Friday night or Saturday? Please call out what is best for you and please reply. We will set the dates on majority and once set move this thread to Calendar events. Whos all going to attend? what works best?

**for some of you that do not know or have not attended this, it is a great time to meet alot folks that ride out west and are on this forum. In the past we have had as many as 30 plus peeps show up. So would love to see you all there.

14th would work best for my dad and i this year if possible. nssa convention is the 21st so we couldn't make it that day

i'm in for november 7 or 21. saturdays would be best for people coming from a ways out, for leaving work. i don't work too hard so whatever gets decided on i can make work.

Saturday nights are very questionable for the bw3 restaurant. As I said before the manager said that any Fri. night would work the best. Nov doesn't really work well for me, but I'm only one as far as numbers go. If we are going for Nov. I will let someone else handle it from there. As for the location.... this restaurant is willing to work with us and I figured Bellevue is a good "central" location since there are some coming from Lincoln area and many coming from western Iowa????

This is true.. they always say "we will accomodate" and we make pre-plans only to arrive and no one knows anything about it and its a find what you can seating arrangement.

we are open to any suggestions. there is a buffalo wild wings in council bluffs, and also a quaker steak and lube.

Quaker Steak and Lube is good, anyone know how the treat large groups of people? The when or where won't matter much to our group, we'll be there where ever, as long as there is some beverages!
