I caretake a cabin and land near Yampa CO (south of Steamboat) that borders the Routt National Forest near Dome Peak. We rent it out during the hunting seasons and the owner is intrested in renting it to sledders as well. The cabin is fully modern with under floor heat, dishwasher, gas range and oven, showers and is fully furnished. It sleeps 5-6 people. This would be ride in and ride out starting in Jan. 2009. The riding is in the National Forest is fair, no groomed trails, but has relitvly small crowds, good snow and lots of tree riding. The hills are not extreme, but fun. If work allows I would be happy to guide. Bring your own sled. $150 per night. Please post your intrest or thoughts.
