blewitt pass reecer creek area. up the clockum valley lots of deer and elk for the hunter and at 4600' elevation just 2 miles from the 100s of miles of groomed snowmobile trails legal quading yes i did say legal. 5 level acres 800 sq ft cabin solar power artesion well accessible by sleds in the winter but have gated access for parking. cabin is 2.5 miles from where you park. 150k deeded land not fs lease. 150k before realitor 162 after. i had an apraisal done and that is what she wants to list it for

I did a little snooping around the web and found the parcel that he is selling. It looks like it is either part of the Sun East development or just east of there. Access is either by way of Robbins rd, Wilson creek or both. Hard to tell which is a better route in or which may dead end or be gated off. Recall that real estate ownership is part of the public record, but that being said, I will not post your personal information with all of the details so as not to make it too easy for others to dig it up without some effort. ;)

Sea esta, if you can get $150,000 for this place on your own or $162,000 through a real estate outfit, I would certain take it. Unless you put a heck of a lot into it since you bought it last October, real estate in this county has been flat to slightly downward from what I have seen, so it should definitely not be worth so much more than what you recently paid and what the tax assessment shows. If on the otherhand you put a heck of a lot of work and/or improvements into it since you bought it, then my comments of value can be ignored. Good luck on the sale!:)

Of course I am by no means an expert on property in Kittitas county, but I do follow the market in upper Kittitas county fairly closely. So take my opinion or leave it, for what it is worth.:confused:

Regarding access, the last time I was up that way, Wilson Creek Road is gated off and allows no access past the gate. One would have divert over to the Reecer creek area and come back east to the Wilson Creek road above the gate.

Property is this area with utilities and year around access may well be worth this kind of money. Lacking that; I'd shop some B4 pulling the trigger.....
 
thought i would try to answer some of the questions that some of you are inquiring about. the property is in the sun east community. you can get there from either wilson creek or robbins road. wilson creek isn't gated which makes the road used by jeeps and can get rutted up through the spring run off but robbins road is maintained through the assosiation 175. a year. gated so it's safe to park your rig without worries. regarding the price sled head, yes, i have done a ton of work and put some money into the property as well. i didn't pull the price out of my *** i had an agent do a market research on the area and she found two that were for sale and i'm very competitive with the market. there might be 600 or so properties for sale but they aren't 2 miles from the groomer and totally self contained. thanks for the intrest.
