Luvin mine. 120 trouble free miles so far. Install was pretty easy as well. I had to back the tensioner off a turn, because the belt was a little too tight when warm. I recommend it!

about a 100 miles on mine! just a little bit of BLUE dust but wiped it off and no new dust ,,so it must be broke in now! for got it was there and rode it like I stole it since new!Was I supposed to break in my Belt?? Oh well!! turning a 163 and feels Zippy glad I kept my old beater sled!its really just a back to my MH any way,, probably wont ride it again unless something happens to the snow donky!

About 150 miles on mine and no issues. I tried stock gearing and gearing down one. I like both but will be keeping the lower gearing on it. C3 is using different belts now that work better than the belts that are black and blue. Supposed to be better belts and no blue dust. They are made by Mitsuboshi (not the same spelling as the car maker).

I was also surprised to see how much it tightens up when warmed up. I'm using 1/2" deflection when cold.

I just installed their kit on my 09 and got the black/blue belt. I went with the 2.25 ratio as I was running 2.21 with chain/sprockets. Yeah, there some blue dust but oh well, it's not a trailer queen show sled.

60 miles on mine, I tried to be nice during break-in... After about 10 nice miles... I gave in and beat the crap out of it, other than a little blue dust on my muffler.. it worked well and took a good beating

C3 for a 2013

Do they make one for the 2013 Pro. It would be nice if they made a kit that used the stock sprockets and we could use there belt and an idler adjuster. Their belts at 1/2 the price.

C3 are you listening ?

I emailed them this morning on thr 13 pro. No reply yet.

they are making them for the 13 I have one on order, got a email back from Kevin at C3 yesterday the gears are out for broaching and will hopefully have the kits ready in 3 weeks. Yo will not be able to use the stock gears as the belt is proprietary to Polaris so gear teeth will not work as far as I have been told.

They have just finished with the upgrade kit for the 2013's

I've been in touch with Kevin now on this for a while now.

It includes a CNC machined top and bottom sprocket with choices of Ratios (1.80, 1.86,2.00, 2.07, 2.10, 2.22, 2.31 to 1), Gates Carbon GT belt and tensioner assembly.

Retail on the kit is $850 and will be shipping next 2-3 weeks.

The kit is similar to the upgrade kits for the 2011/12's

This kit will address some important issues IMO... precision CNC gears, the ability to put proper preload on the belt (not a "fixed" center design) and a truly top notch belt.

If a belt were to fail... you only need simple hand tools to install it.

Pretty cool.

Pricey I know... I'm cheap... and will be installing one of the first off the line on my sled... but mine is a standard RMK. (wink)

Glad to hear about this for the 2013. this will answer my need for a tensioner as well as a regear. I definitely think it needs about 5% lower gearing. Wishing it were about $500 though.
