So I've got the post forward kit with chromoly post. The pictures in their terrible instructions are different than my 2015 xm. The brackets they provide are different and they don't speak of the 2 plastic wiring holders than go down the 2 front frame pieces. It looks like I would have to eliminate those pieces to get this post 2 inches further. If anyone has done one of these on a new sled can you pm me or tell me what you did. C3 tech support hasn't answered or returned my calls. Thanks

Pics of where im at (not sure if correct):

Steering block isn't in. Just left it like that until I get back to work on it

I just cut the plastic bracket in two and zip tied the wiring to the aluminum posts

I think they have a video on their web sit. You have to trim the lower blocks because you have changed the Angel the post Sits in.
I put a skinz kit on, it came with a new billet lower block and bushing for the angel change.

Removed the plastic wiring harness completely and zap strapped the wires to the frame as stick said. I also have the Skinz kit so I didn't have to do any grinding. Just a little cursing here and there. You'll get it.

Yeah no grinding the bottom post with this kit. What did you have to do with the plastics that go around the post? Cut it all apart so it sits in there?

I have a skinz kit but I just cut the center out of the wiring holder. The post hits the plastic a little still but I kept all the hose clips and all that stuff on each side intact and attached. I re routed some of the harness to the back side of post and zip tied everything up real good. I routed and tied up anything so I got as much clearance as possible on all of it. Trial and error till I got everything just where I wanted it.

Same here, Skinz, cut the wire loom plastic thing in half, and zip tied it, HATED doing that to a new sled but no other option. Things were still pretty tight after, but it worked.
