Has anybody tried these? Ordered a set for ´25 Freeride but wont get them until end of January.

Old BX ski was garbage, but they say they have put lots of effort and testing for the new deep snow ski. At least it looks very balanced.

Finally got the skis and had few days of riding on good conditions so here's my review. This ski is a bit longer than stock G5 DS4 ski and also bit wider. I also bought short wear bars (just 2 bolt lengths) for the skis.

But damn these skis are good. On the trail ski is very stable and has good level of steering capability even on soft snow. With stock skis, if your other ski drops out from the trail its always struggle to get the sled back. Not anymore, just turn it back. Now sidehilling is so much easier when skis hold the line where you point the skis. Just point and shoot. Sleds is now also almost numb to old tracks, with stock skis you always had to be careful when crossing old tracks. Flotation is also on point, about the same level as grippers. Front end twitchiness is almost gone, not totally but almost. The next thing to fix is the spindles, gonna try old shorter RS spindles at some point.

Only negative I could find, is that these skis require more steering effort on slow "walking" speed than stock skis. But I can live with that. I like to ride fast and aggressive so these skis work great for my style.

So worth the money? Definitely yes. TMX is my new favorite ski, was almost to put on Grippers that I have at the garage but not anymore. Need to ride these more as winter goes on and different snow conditions, but so far Im very happy.
